Summary of Request

The firm of Mitchell, Brisso, Delaney & Vrieze has been retained to handle the lawsuit of Linda Morales v. County of Mendocino, et al. in Federal Court due to a conflict with our office. The costs related to this lawsuit involve an extensive number of depositions including two witnesses residing in two separate states. As this case is being settled, we must be able to process the final invoices from Mitchell, Brisso, Delaney & Vrieze.
