Summary of Request:
On August 30, 2011, Mendocino County entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Willits Hospital Inc, DBA Adventist Health Howard Memorial Hospital (Howard Memorial Hospital), to participate in the 340B Drug Discount Program established under Section 340B of the Public Health Services Act (340B Program). On August 9, 2023, Mendocino County and Howard Memorial Hospital entered into a new Agreement, Agreement No. PH-23-009, to participate in the 340B Program, replacing and terminating the prior MOU. The proposed Amendment to Agreement No. PH-23-009 corrects the Term language to extend the term to an indefinite term length.
