Approve Agreement with Canyon Manor in the amount of $222,753 to provide licensed residential treatment for Behavioral Health and Recovery Services adult clients in FY 2017-18; authorize the Health and Human Services Agency Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Summary of Request

Canyon Manor is a residential care facility located in Novato, California, that offers a broad range of services to Mendocino County BHRS adult clients who require a structured environment due to mental health challenges. Services include psychological rehab support, provision of residential and health care needs, and working with clients to develop life skills.

 

Funding for this Agreement will allow continuation of services for Mendocino County clients already in residence at Canyon Manor.
