BOS Agreement 22-194 approved on July 13, 2022, to provide satellite imagery for the Mendocino County Cannabis Department.
Summary of Request:
The Cannabis Department is requesting the BOS accept and approve the retroactive no cost amendment to Planet Labs PBS BOS Agreement 22-194. The Department discovered there were sufficient grant funds that would allow for an extension of services on the first phase of the contract through the end of September 2023.
Alternative Action/Motion:
Not accept retroactive amendment and provide alternative direction.
