July 12, 2022, Item 5(a)closed session, the Board of Supervisors appointed Darcie Antle Chief Executive Officer for the term of July 12, 2022, through July 2026.
Summary of Request:
On July 12, 2022, Darcie Antle was appointed the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Mendocino County with an approved four-year (4) agreement, July 12, 2022- July 11, 2026. In review of the current contract an error was found in the language. It is being requested to remove the language Mendocino County Department Head Memorandum of Understanding BOS number 19-267 and replace with Mendocino County Department Head Memorandum of Understanding, as with the current language it does not afford the CEO any updates to benefits that the Department Head unit may receive, as was the intent of the original contract. This item proposes and recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the amended Employment Agreement between the County of Mendocino and Darcie Antle for the term of July 12, 2022, through July 11, 2026, with the administration language clean up.
