The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) oversees Mendocino County, Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS), Mental Health’s (MH) provision of Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) to eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries in Mendocino County. As a result, the Performance Agreement between DHCS and BHRS MH was approved by the County of Mendocino Board of Supervisors on October 18, 2022, and outlines SMHS provided by BHRS MH.
