Summary of Request:
On September 15, 2023, the Mendocino County Purchasing Agent approved Agreement No. PA-24-25 with Granicus, LLC, in the amount of $36,174.07 to provide short-term rental monitoring, reporting, identification, collection, and compliance services for the Auditor-Controller Treasurer-Tax Collector’s office. The proposed Amendment to Agreement No. PA-24-25 increases the total amount by $29,450.68 for a new total of $65,624.75, and extends the end date to September 14, 2025 to allow Granicus, LLC. to continue providing these services.
