The modification includes a request for the temporary use of a 5th Wheel Trailer, Conex storage container, and temporary power to be used for the duration of construction, Located at 11980 Leafwood Drive, Mendocino; APN 118-290-71 involved in the original CDP_2021-0037.

Summary of Request

Request to Modification to CDP_2021-0037 which authorized construction of a 3,400 square foot single-family residence, with attached garage, decking, solar arrays, driveway encroachment from existing shared roadway, and install new septic system. The modification includes a request for the temporary use of a 5th Wheel Trailer, Conex storage container, and temporary power to be used for the duration of construction involved in the original CDP_2021-0037. The project was administratively approved by the Coastal Permit Administrator (CPA) on March 27, 2023 and requires the Board of Supervisors authorization for issuance of the permit. The CPA staff report is attached for review.

 

Alternative Action/Motion:

That the Coastal Development Permit CDPM_2022-0009 (Speer), be scheduled for a public hearing and processed pursuant to Mendocino County Code Section 20.536.005.
