Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:

In May 2017, the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors directed the Department of Agriculture to provide Board updates regarding the implementation of the Cannabis Cultivation Program.                     

 

Summary of Request: 

The Department of Agriculture and Planning and Building Service will provide updates on their respective components of the Cannabis Cultivation Program including: pre-site inspections, permits issued and denied, compliance and enforcement and impacts of recently implemented procedures. The Mendocino County Treasurer - Tax Collector will provide an update on the calendar year 2018 cannabis cultivation gross receipt returns.

Do not receive the update/status report and provide direction to staff.
