Summary of Request:
County Counsel is requesting the Board approve the amended agreement with Kronick, Moskovitz, Tiedemann & Girard increasing the amount by $200,000 for a new total of $400,000. This agreement will allow the firm to continue providing legal services for the litigation matter of Paul Carty Soriano v. County of Mendocino, Case No. 22CV0044.
