The Board of Supervisors regularly approves these types of agreements. Sierra Nevada World Music Festival agreements were approved annually beginning in 2007 through 2019 and resuming in 2023.
Summary of Request:
The Mendocino County Fair and Apple Show is seeking to enter into a rental agreement with the Sierra Nevada World Music Festival for use of the fairground facilities. Pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Mendocino County Fair and Apple Show and the County, the Board will need to approve the Rental Agreement between the parties.

Do not approve and return to staff for alternate handling.
