Adopt Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $61,920.32 from the William J. and Melvina K. Toney Revocable Trust to the Historical Society of Mendocino County to cover capital expenses related to the Society’s property; and authorize chair to sign same.

Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:

March 18, 2015 the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 15-132 providing the terms for disbursement of Toney Endowment Principal.  On October 18, 2016 the Board of Supervisors adopted a Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $200,000 to retire debt incurred for the capital project and construction of an archival building.  On November 6, 2018 the Board of Supervisors adopted a Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $45,85056 to cover capital expenses related to the Museum.  On May 7, 2019 the Board of Supervisors adopted a Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $47,621.31 to cover capital expenses related to the Museum.  On October 1, 2019 the Board of Supervisors adopted a Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $15,076.76 to cover capital expenses related to the Museum.  On June 10, 2020 the Board of Supervisors adopted a Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $22,232.92 to cover capital expenses related to the Museum.  On November 17, 2020 the Board of Supervisors adopted a Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $48,106.76 to cover capital expenses related to the Museum.  On May 25, 2021 the Board of Supervisors adopted a Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $25,037.10 to cover capital expenses related to the Museum.  On May 17, 2022 the Board of Supervisors adopted a Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $45,443.88 to cover capital expenses related to the Society’s property.
