Summary of Request:
Jeff Tyrrell Communications, LLC provided broadband services for Mendocino County in 2021-22 and also supported the Community Foundation for Broadband Services. This contract will fill in the gap between fiscal year contracts and allow for future broadband services to be developed and expanded within Mendocino County.

Do not approve agreement and provide direction to staff.
