Adopt Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $48,106.76 from the William J. and Melvina K. Toney Revocable Trust to the Mendocino County Historical Society to cover capital expenses related to the museum; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
March 18, 2015 the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 15-132 providing the terms for disbursement of Toney Endowment Principal. On July 13, 2018, the Mendocino Historical Society submitted a request for transfer of Capital Expenses in the amount of $45,850.56. On May 7, 2019, the Board of Supervisors adopted a resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $47,624.31 from to cover capital expenses related to the Museum. On October 1, 2019, the Board of Supervisors adopted a Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $15, 076.76. On June 10, 2020, the Board of Supervisors adopted a Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds in the amount of $22,232.92.
Summary of Request:
On October 29, 2020, the Mendocino Historical Society submitted a request for transfer of Capital Expenses in the amount of $48,106.76.
