Accept the Third Quarter Budget Report on the status of departmental spending and revenues for FY 2017-18; approve Executive Office recommendations; and provide direction regarding the preparation of Mendocino County's FY 2018-19 budget.

Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
After budget hearings held on June 6th and 7th, on June 20, 2017 the Board of Supervisors adopted the FY 2017-18 Mendocino County Budget; after Presentation of FY 2017-18 2nd Quarter Report on March 13, 2018, the FY 2017-18 adopted budget was amended.
Summary of Request:
The Third Quarter Budget Report includes a budget update and information on the status of County departmental budgets for the FY 2017-2018 from July 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018; combined with a Budget Workshop for FY 2018-19 Mendocino County Budget. This will be the final workshop prior to budget hearings on June 5th & 6th. Topics to be discussed will be: an update on the FY 2018-19 budget preparation and discussion regarding the Board priorities from the April 24, 2018, Budget Workshop.
Alternative Action/Motion:
Return the item to staff and provide additional direction.
