Approve first amendment to BOS Agreement No. 24-212 (second amendment to Agreement No. PA-24-25) with Granicus, LLC., in the amount of $30,096.57, for a new total of $95,721.32, for Short-Term Rental Activity Monitoring, Reporting, and Address Identification Services, effective September 15, 2023, through a new end date of September 14, 2026 (prior amendment end date: September 14, 2025); authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

Summary of Request

On September 15, 2023, the Mendocino County Purchasing Agent approved Agreement No. PA-24-25 with Granicus, LLC, in the amount of $36,174.07 to provide short-term rental monitoring, reporting, identification, collection, and compliance services for the Auditor-Controller Treasurer-Tax Collector’s office. On December 17, 2024, the Board of Supervisors approved Amendment One to Agreement No. PA-24-25 increasing the total amount by $29,450.68 for a new total of $65,624.75, and extending the end date to September 14, 2025, to allow Granicus, LLC. to continue providing these services.  The proposed Second Amendment to Agreement No. PA-24-25 increases the total amount by $30,096.57 for a new total of $95,721.32, and extends the end date to September 14, 2026, to allow Granicus, LLC. To continue providing these services.
