Summary of Request:
The Department of Planning and Building Services is requesting the Board of Supervisors accept the Development Activity Report for the month of February, 2017. This report provides data on Building, Planning and Code Enforcement activity for the period. Additionally, agendas are included for meetings staffed by the department during the month. These meetings include the Planning Commission, Coastal Permit Administrator, Zoning Administrator, Mendocino Historical Review Board, Workforce Development Board, the Archaeological Commission, and the Subdivision Committee. Additional information on building permits applied for and issued in the period can be found on the department’s website (www.buildingmendocino.org <http://www.buildingmendocino.org>). It is the department’s intent to provide the Board of Supervisors with a report of this nature on a monthly basis.
