Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:

In May 2017, the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors directed the Department of Agriculture to provide Board updates regarding the implementation of the Cannabis Cultivation Program.                     

 

Summary of Request

Interim Agricultural Commissioner Diane Curry will provide a status report regarding the Cannabis Cultivation Program, including: pre-site inspections, permits issued, permits denied and track and trace.  In addition, Code Enforcement Manager Trent Taylor, will provide an update on the cannabis compliance and code enforcement unit.  Chief Planner Mary Lynn Hunt and Environmental Health Director Trey Strickland will also be present to answer questions.

Do not receive the update/status report and provide direction to staff.
