During the November 7, 2023, Board Meeting item presenting the First Quarter Budget Report, the Board approved first quarter adjustments including $70,230 for miscellaneous Pre-Trial Building cost.

 

Summary of Request

Networking equipment for Building 26 (579 Low Gap Road in Ukiah) which now houses the Pretrial Release program of the Probation Department is currently in a bathroom that will be used by clients. The project will relocate the equipment to a more appropriate location. Funding is provided through State funding for Pretrial Release program implementation.

 

Alternative Action/Motion:

Do not authorize the project and provide direction to staff.
