The Board of Supervisors last amended Mendocino County Code Section 15.12.040 by Ordinance Number 4165, adopted on January 10, 2006, by Ordinance Number 4233, adopted on February 23, 2010 and by Ordinance Number 4305, adopted on February 12, 2013.
Summary of Request:
At the request of the California Highway Patrol the Caltrans District 1 Traffic Safety Office conducted a review and found that driver visibility on State Route 20 may be substantially obstructed from the Boatyard Drive stop sign when vehicles are parked within 155 feet east of the Boatyard Drive intersection centerline. In accordance with California Vehicle Code Section 22507 Mendocino County Department of Transportation is recommending creating and marking a no parking zone.

Not amend the County Code as submitted.
