Summary of Request:
Libraries and Museums are the recipients of generous donations from patrons and visitors. Both departments plan on a certain amount of donations and include a certain amount in their operating budgets. There may also be donations towards specific goals, projects, or endowments. The Resolution would formalize the process of accepting donations which will benefit the Library and Museum on behalf of the Board of Supervisors.
