Summary of Request:
Social Services became aware that the second movement of the 1991 Realignment Maintenance of Effort (MOE) to the Aid for Families with Dependent Children (AFDC)/Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Account was not budgeted. To ensure compliance and correct financial tracking, Social Services requests the Board approve the transfer of Fund 2321 Org AFDC 865802 in the amount of $5,417,666 to Fund 2321 Org AFDC 827802 in the amount of $5,417,666 to ensure proper tracking of State MOE for AFDC to be compliant with Social Service’s tracking of State Funding.
