Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:
The 2024 Board of Supervisors General Government Committee was appointed by the Board of Supervisors on January 9, 2024.
Summary of Request:
The Board of Supervisors has made referrals to each committee throughout the year; and some active referrals remain. The Board of Supervisors may take action to appoint Standing Committees at their first meeting of the year; in order to prevent any potential conflicts with the Brown Act the Board of Supervisors must clear each 2024 referral from committee or refer the matter to an ad hoc of the appropriate committee members for further review. A list of the outstanding referrals has been included as a supporting document to this item.
