Previous Board/Board Committee Actions:

On June 23, 2024, the Board of Supervisors adopted the Master Position Allocation Table for the FY 2024-2025 Budget, Resolution Number 24-098.                     

 

Summary of Request

The Human Resources Department is charged, as part of the overall maintenance of the classification and compensation plan, to evaluate current classifications, create new classifications (including appropriate salary levels), reclassify positions, examine requests for salary grade adjustments, analyze allocations, and make recommendations for additions, modifications, and corrections.

 

At the December 17, 2024, Board of Supervisors Meeting, item 3t on the Consent calendar was presented for adoption to delete positions with a vacancy of eighteen (18) months or more.  As a result of deleting twenty-eight (28) positions a clerical error was made and position number 1973 Senior Program Manager in budget unit 5010 was on the list.  The attached resolution is to add 1.0 FTE Senior Program Manager back to budget unit 5010 on the Position Allocation Table.

 

This position was previously budget for with the adoption of the Master Position Allocation Table for the FY 2024-2025 and will not impact the fiscal year budget.

 

 

Alternative Action/Motion:

Do not adopt recommendation and direct staff.
