Summary of Request:
Canyon Manor is a residential care facility located in Novato, California offering a broad range of services to Mendocino County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) adult clients. Services include psychological rehab support, residential and health care needs, and life skills, all requiring a structured environment due to mental health challenges.
Mendocino County BHRS contracted with Canyon Manor starting July 1, 2016 and requests to increase the total contract amount from $50,000 to $335,000 in order to continue care for clients.
