Summary of Request:
Since the end of December 2022, the county has experienced severe winter storms that impacted a large area of the northern California. After weeks of ongoing rain, severe storms brought heavy rain and high winds that left prolonged storm impacts, saturated soils, flooded streams and rivers, downed trees, localized flooding, high tides, and endangered the public infrastructure.
