Approve temporary road closure sections of Heeser Street (County Road 407I), Main Street (County Road 407E), Lansing Street (County Road 500), and Little Lake Street (County Road 407A) for the duration of the annual Kelpfest Parade; and authorize and direct the Director of Transportation to issue the appropriate encroachment permit.

Summary of Request:
Flockworks is holding their annual Kelpfest Parade on Saturday October 4th, 2025. Flockworks is requesting to close down sections of County Roads, for a parade route starting on Heeser Street (County Road 407I), southbound on Heeser Street (County Road 407I) to Main Street (County Road 407E), eastbound on Main Street (County Road 407E) to Lansing Street (County Road 500), northbound on Lansing Street (County Road 500) to Little Lake Street (County Road 407A), westbound on Little Lake Street (County Road 407A) ending at the Mendocino Arts Center. The parade participants will include small floats and walking groups.

Deny authorization for the road closure.
