Approve Amendment to BOS Agreement No. 22-063 with Redwood Community Services, Inc., in the amount of $151,542, for a new total of $1,973,658, to provide Residential Treatment Facility operations and crisis residential services on a transitional basis to Mendocino County adults, ages 18 or older, who are experiencing a mental health crisis, effective March 16, 2022 through March 15, 2024; authorize the Behavioral Health Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
On August 11, 2020, Mendocino County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) released Request for Proposal (RFP) No. MH-20-005-RFP for Crisis Residential Treatment Facility Operations. The RFP resulted in submission of one qualified proposal from Redwood Community Services, Inc. (RCS). BHRS reviewed the proposal, and awarded the Agreement to RCS. The Agreement was executed by the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors (BOS) on March 15, 2022, through which RCS provides Residential Treatment Facility operations and crisis residential services on a transitional basis to Mendocino County...
