Approve first amendment to BOS Agreement No. 22-096 with AECOM Technical Services, a California Corporation to extend the termination date of the Agreement from December 31, 2025, to August 15, 2026, and expand the scope of services to include limited Occupancy Phase Services; and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On May 5, 2022 the Board of Supervisors approved the professional services agreement with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. for Preconstruction and Construction Management services for the Psychicatric Health Facility project at 2840 South State Street, Ukiah in the amount of $1,377,948.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
AECOM provides Construction Management services for the Psychicatric Health Facility (PHF) under the original agreement. The original completion date for the PHF project was November 2025, and the agreement for Construction Management (CM) services aligned with that project completion date. Due to construction delays, CM services will be required at least through the end of June 2026, this amendment provides for services through August 15.
