On June 20, 2023, the Board of Supervisors adopted the Master Position Allocation Table for the FY 2023-2024 Budget, Resolution Number 23-109

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Human Resources Department is charged, as part of the overall maintenance of the classification and compensation plan, to evaluate current classifications, create new classifications (including appropriate salary levels), reclassify positions, examine requests for salary grade adjustments, analyze allocations, and make recommendations for additions, modifications, and corrections.

Human Resources has reviewed the classifications currently utilized within budget unit 4025, Employee Wellness. Considering the current scope of work completed by the Human Resources Manager, it has been determined the Principal Administrative Analyst is a more suitable classification based on the nature of the job responsibilities, strategic planning, leadership, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the work being performed.
