Approve first amendment (third amendment to Agreement No. PA-23-39) to BOS Agreement 23-195with Regional Government Services Authority, in the amount of $50,000, for a new total of $208,000, for fiscal systems review and related consulting and advising services, effective October 7, 2022 through a new end date of June 30, 2025 (previous end date: June 30, 2024); authorize the Chief Executive Officer or designee to sign any amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
