RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Adopt Resolution ratifying the MCAQMD APCO's execution and submission of Grant Agreement for California ARB Prescribed Burn Air Monitoring Equipment Cache Storage Program (G23-PBES-02); authorize MCAQMD to participate in the Equipment Cache Storage Program, and to accept state program funds in the amount of $30,000 for maintenance of an equipment storage cache for air monitoring equipment; authorize the APCO to implement the Program and sign and submit all program documents; and authorize Chair to sign same.
