PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On May 15, 2020, the County of Mendocino entered into the Cannabis Equity Grants Program for Local Jurisdictions Grant Agreement CEG-2020-21 with the Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development.

On November 17, 2020, the Board of Supervisors directed staff to enter into BOS Agreement No. 20-157 with Paula Groves DBA 4Front Partners to provide grant application and underwriting services for the Equity Program.

On May 21, 2021, in recognition of the significant and adverse impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, including disruptions and delays in many government functions, the Agreement CEG-2020-21 for Cannabis Equity Grants Program for Local Jurisdictions with the State was amended to extend the Grant Term and Documentation and Reporting Requirements.

On September 14, 2021, the Board of Supervisors directed staff to enter into an Amended BOS Agreement No. 21-164 with Paula Groves DBA 4Front Partners to continue provide grant application and underwriting services for the Equity Program, due to the State extending the timeframe for the...
