SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Department of Transportation Contract No. 250043 was executed on September 3, 2025 with the Coyote Valley Band of Pomo Indians to provide tribal monitoring services during the archeological Extended Phase I (XPI) study, as required by Caltrans for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
