RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Adopt Resolution authorizing submission of a grant application for California Department of Transportation Airport Improvement Program Matching Grant for Construction of the Round Valley Airport Runway Rehabilitation Project and authorizing the Director of Transportation to accept the Grant, if awarded, and execute the Grant Agreement on behalf of Mendocino County (Covelo Area); and authorize Chair to sign same.

By Resolution No. 18-185 (December 4, 2018), the Board approved the Airport Capital Improvement Plan for Round Valley Airport for Fiscal Years 2019-2024.
