PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
The Air Quality Management District Board annually authorizes the Air Quality Management District to apply for State Subvention funds.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Each year the Air Quality Management District must apply to the Air Resources Board for State Subvention Funds. The Air Quality Management District Board must approve the District's application.

The application consists of 2 parts: (1) the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Application for Subvention Funds; and, (2) the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Year-End Financial Report indicating that the District's appropriations (Not Including AB 923 Motor Vehicle Fund Revenue) exceeded the required match for that year's subvention grant as required by state law. A copy of the application is attached, which includes Subvention Funds in the amount of $34,400 in addition to Supplemental Subvention Funds Request in the amount of $12,600 for the purchase of an T400 Ozone Analyzer.

ALTERNATIVE ACTION/MOTION:
