Adopt Resolution approving Contract Change Order Number 3 of Department of Transportation Contract Number 210021 for construction of the seismic retrofit of bridge number 10C0034 on Eureka Hill Road over the Garcia River, county road 505, milepost 4.92, in the amount of $1,044,237.08, increasing the total contract amount to $2,540,899.05, and authorizing the Director of Transportation to sign on behalf of the County of Mendocino (Point Arena area); and authorize Chair to sign same.
