On June 24, 2025, the Board of Supervisors adopted the Master Position Allocation Table for the FY 2025-2026 Budget, Resolution Number 25-111.

On January 6, 2026, the Board of Supervisors sitting as the Mendocino County Air Quality Management District Board adopted Resolution No. 26-005.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Human Resources Department is charged, as part of the overall maintenance of the classification and compensation plan, to evaluate current classifications, create new classifications (including appropriate salary levels), reclassify positions, examine requests for salary grade adjustments, analyze allocations, and make recommendations for additions, modifications, and corrections.

On January 6, 2026, the Board of Supervisors, sitting as the Mendocino County Air Quality Management District (AQMD) Board adopted Resolution No. 26-005 amending the County Position Allocation Table (PAT). While the Air Quality Management District Board may provide input or recommendation regarding operational needs, it does not have approval authority over the PAT, only the Board of Supervisors has approval authority over the PAT.
