Approve Amendment to BOS Agreement No. 10-207 with Tyler Technology, Inc. in the amount of $586,414.97 to pay maintenance and support fees for Aegis Public Safety Software for a three-year term effective January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2026; authorize the Sheriff to sign future amendments that do not affect the total amount of the Agreement; and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On October 20, 2020, the Board approved an Amendment to Agreement BOS 10-207 in the amount of $438,642.73 for a three-year term extending the termination date from December 31, 2020 to December 31, 2023.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Mendocino County Sheriff's Office uses the Aegis Public Safety Software program, provided by Tyler Technology, Inc., for a Law Enforcement Records Management System (LERMS), Mobile Data Computer (MDC) reporting, Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Jail Management System (JMS), Citizen Connect Analytics program and California DOJ records access. The software has been in use since 2011 and serves other Mendocino County Law Enforcement agencies including Ukiah, Willits, and Fort Bragg Police Departments, Task Force, District Attorney, Probation, and Juvenile Hall.
