Approve retroactive second Amendment to BOS Agreement No. 22-164 with Mendocino Coast Hospitality Center in the amount of $38,000, for a new total of $630,000, to provide Specialty Mental Health Services and Mental Health Services Act programs to eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries of Mendocino County, effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023; authorize the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the annual maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Mendocino Coast Hospitality Center (MCHC) provides Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) and Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) programs to Mendocino County adult residents in Fort Bragg. On June 21, 2022, the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors executed Agreement No. BOS-22-164, through which MCHC provides SMHS services including: assessment, plan development, collateral, therapy, rehabilitation, and targeted case management, for up to 200 adult beneficiaries.
