RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Approve first amendment to BOS Agreement No. 22-243 with Simpler Systems, Inc. in the amount of $18,000 for a new agreement total of $88,000 for the Simpler for Aumentum general inquiry datapps, license and maintenance, and related professional services, and extending the termination date from September 30, 2023 to September 30, 2024; authorize the Chief Executive Officer or their designee to sign any future amendments to the agreement that do not alter the fiscal aspect of the agreement; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
County IT worked with stakeholder departments to identify reporting solutions for the property tax software system. These departments require enhanced, ease-of-use, on-demand, and on-line reporting capabilities against the new property tax system to ensure timely and accurate information to support the current business needs.
