Approve Agreement with Maverick Networks, Inc, for professional services for IT telecom replacement implementation, in the amount of $114,000 with a termination date of June 30, 2027; authorize the Chief Executive Officer or their designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that does not increase the maximum amount of the Agreement; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Agreement with Maverick Networks, Inc. to provide professional implementation services for the deployment of the RingCentral cloud-based communications platform. The project will replace the County's existing telephone system with a modern cloud communications solution that enhances reliability, supports hybrid and remote work, improves system resiliency, and provides advanced calling, messaging, and meeting capabilities.
Implementation services include project management, planning and design, system configuration, number porting, integration with existing County systems, user provisioning, testing, training, and post-implementation support. The project will be completed in phases to minimize service disruptions and ensure continuity of operations.
The agreement establishes the scope of work, implementation timeline, deliverables, and project support necessary to successfully transition County departments into the new communications platform.
