Approve retroactive Agreement nunc pro tunc with Redwood Community Services, Inc. in the amount of $152,000, to provide an inland shelter to individuals in Mendocino County, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024; authorize the Social Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.
