Adopt Resolution authorizing the County of Mendocino's Director of Health Services to sign fifth Amendment No. 22-10260 A05 to Revenue Agreement No. 22-10260 with the State of California, Department of Public Health, Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program Division in, the amount of $59,788.00 for a total of $3,518,452.00, to provide nutrition education for WIC for federal fiscal years 2022-25; and authorize Chair to sign same.
