By Resolution Number (No.) 12-019 (January 24, 2012), the Board of Supervisors (BOS) approved Department of Transportation (DOT) Agreement No. 110120/BOS Agreement No. 12-013, Professional Services Agreement with Alpha Analytical Laboratories, Inc., for Landfill Water and Gas Monitoring Laboratory Testing.
