Approve second amendment to Agreement No. BOS-23-127 with Tapestry Family Services, Inc., to increase the amount by $1,306,864, for a new total of $6,882,526, to provide Specialty Mental Health Services to eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries of Mendocino County, effective July 1, 2023, through a new end date of September 30, 2024 (original end date: June 30, 2024); authorize the Health Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments to the Agreement that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Tapestry Family Services, Inc. (Tapestry) provides Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) and Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) programs to Mendocino County residents in Ukiah, Willits, Fort Bragg, Laytonville, and Covelo, within the schools, community, and office. On June 11, 2023, the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors (BOS) approved Agreement No. BOS-23-127 with Tapestry for SMHS and MHSA programs to eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries of Mendocino County.
