PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On August 21, 2019, the Board adopted Resolution No. 19-330 approving the Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Mendocino and the Mendocino County Public Attorneys Association- Teamsters Local 856.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
The Board of Supervisors' negotiating team has met with representative(s) from the Mendocino County Public Attorneys Association- Teamsters Local 856 and have reached agreement regarding the appropriate terms and conditions of employment for the term of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. Attached is a Resolution approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), the MOU (Attachment A). The proposal includes a 2% cost of living increase effective first full pay period after Board of Supervisors' approval, no increase to health plan premiums through June 30, 2023, Attorney classification and compensation review and administrative clean up language.
