Adopt resolution authorizing the processing of a Consolidated Coastal Development Permit, LCP_2024-0001 (Resource Environmental Solutions, LLC), by the California Coastal Commission, for Resource Environmental Solutions, LLC (RES) to establish the Mendocino Coast Mitigation Bank II by performing wildlife habitat and hydrological regime improvements along the Navarro River and Ten Mile River; and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
The applicant, Resource Environmental Solutions, LLC, has obtained a prior Consolidated Coastal Development Permit, as authorized by the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors, to allow for the processing of the Mendocino Coast Mitigation Bank I restoration project under the California Coastal Commission. This was approved to be consolidated under California Coastal Commission jurisdiction by the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors in 2022 under Resolution No. 22-100.
