RECOMMENDED ACTION/MOTION:

Adopt Resolution of the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors sitting as the Mendocino County Air Quality Management District Board approving a prioritized list of applications for FARMER Program funds and authorizing the Air Pollution Control Officer to execute funding Agreements with each of the applicants and any amendments that do not increase the amount of the Agreement; and authorize Chair to sign same.

PREVIOUS BOARD/BOARD COMMITTEE ACTIONS:
On March 28, 2023, the Mendocino County Air Quality Management District Board adopted Resolution 23-057, ratifying the submittal of the application to participate in Year 5 of the state FARMER grant program (Fiscal Year 2022-23), authorizing the Air Pollution Control Officer to accept allocated State program funds in the amount of $580,600, and execute the grant agreement on behalf of the district.
