Approval of Agreement with Mendocino Coast Hospitality Center in the amount of $227,755, to provide prompt access to the Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care's Coordinated Entry System, and deliver rapid rehousing services to eligible households experiencing homelessness in Mendocino County, effective upon signing through June 30, 2025; authorize the Social Services Director or designee to sign any future amendments that do not increase the maximum amount; and authorize Chair to sign same.

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
In 2020, the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors' (BOS) Homeless Action Ad Hoc Committee met with staff and community stakeholders to develop a preliminary expenditure plan and submit an application for Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) funding. Soon after, Mendocino County entered into a revenue Agreement with the Business, Consumer Services and Housing Agency (BCSH) for Round 1 HHAP funding in the amount of $924,734.12 with Mendocino County as the Administrative Entity for the Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care (MCHSCoC).
